About Us: President Gary J. Sapir, M.S., SPHR
Gary Sapir has more than 25 years
of experience as a Human Resources and Organizational
Development consultant, Trainer, Coach and Speaker. He has
consulted with and provided training to multinational
organizations in both manufacturing and service sectors including
Fortune 500 companies. Gary’s senior-level experience in the
development and management of human performance and organization
and training systems include individual and organizational needs
assessment, design of performance management systems, leadership
and management development programs, executive coaching and
development, training design and implementation, quality and
team-based programs, sales and operating policies and procedures.
Gary is a dynamic speaker and facilitator and has developed
and delivered dozens of customized programs that promote employee
development in areas including Leadership, Management and
Supervisory Skills, Human Resource Compliance and Diversity,
Effective Meetings and Presentations, Advanced Communication
Skills, The Selling Process, Process Improvement and other key
competency areas. Gary also has leading edge expertise in the
areas of: 360° feedback, coaching, performance management and
improvement, HR compliance, needs assessment, team building,
e-learning, strategic planning, evaluation and measurement, and
quality improvement processes.
Gary's experience includes Senior Consultant and Program
Developer at Learning Designs International for five years before
assuming the position of Director of Training and Development and
Organization Development at Interim Services, Inc. After six years
with Interim, he served with Sensormatic Electronics Corporation,
a TYCO company, as Director of Training and Organization
Development. Six years later, Gary formed Integrated Performance
Resources, Inc., a company dedicated to improving individual and
organizational performance through HR, assessment, training,
coaching and organizational development strategies. He currently
is the President of IPR, Inc. and resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
Gary has written numerous articles on Human Performance
Improvement including 360-Degree Feedback and Performance
Management Systems. He has been a featured speaker at national and
international conferences and conventions including the 2003 SHRM
International Conference and Exposition, the Florida HR State
Conference, the National Fastener Distributor Association, the
American Society for Training and Development and many others. He
is the immediate Past President of the Ft. Lauderdale Chapter of
ASTD, a past board member of the Human Resource Association of
Broward County, Chairperson of the 2003 and 2005 HR Best Practices
Awards Committee and a founding member of the Organization
Development Network of South Florida.
Gary holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the State
University of New York and a Masters Degree in Counseling
Psychology from Long Island University.
